Our Somatic Self-Development Class is designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate a sense of safety from the inside out.

This is a low impact, movement class is for anyone seeking a trauma-informed, community-centered way to build resilience, confidence, and embodied safety.

Blending the principles of jiu-jitsu with breath, sound, and foundational movements, this class supports nervous system regulation while teaching effective boundary setting strategies and self-protection skills - without the intensity of full-contact training.

All bodies, all levels of experience, and all identities are welcome — you do not need prior martial arts experience to join.
